Delivery times vary based on your location:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order status in real-time using the tracking number on our website or the courier company's website. Stay updated on your package's journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address during business hours. If no one is available, the courier may:

• Attempt delivery again on the next business day
• Leave the package at a safe location (if authorized)
• Contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or full refund as per our return policy.
